What is a Client Contact Attempt?

Just call them [OC] : r/comics

The definition of a (potential) client contact attempt in the Lexamica platform is the completion of all of the following:

  1. An outbound phone call

    1. If no answer, leave a voicemail

  2. PLUS a text message

  3. OPTIONAL an email

Calling a client is the most effective way to get in touch. There is no substitute for this type of interaction during the intake process. Emails are lost, and text messages may bounce. But calling out to a client is the best chance you have to complete a successful evaluation and retain.
