When you accept or decline a case in your CRM, mirror those actions in Lexamica:
In responding to the invitation, we ask that you upload the client retainer if accepting:
And provide a reason if declining:
When you have updates to provide on the case, please mirror the contents of those update notes by creating Referral Updates:
Finally, when you've resolved the referral and are ready to mark it as completed and are ready to pay over the referral fees, you'll need to create a Referral Resolution:
